Answers to common questions, and how to reach me.
Cute Cat Sudoku
How do I play?
Place one cat in every colored region. Each row and each column can hold only one cat, and cats can't touch each other, not even corner to corner. Every puzzle has exactly one answer, so you never need to guess.
What happens when I lose all my hearts?
You get three hearts per level, and a wrong cat costs one. If you run out, the level starts over. To play without hearts, turn on Relaxed mode in the settings.
How do I mark squares where a cat can't go?
Switch to Paw mode, or press and hold a square, to leave a paw mark. With Auto paw marks turned on, each cat you place marks the squares it rules out for you.
My progress is gone. Can I get it back?
Progress is saved only on your device, in the browser you play in. It's lost if the browser's site data is cleared, if you play in a private window, or if you switch to a different browser or device. I never receive your progress, so I can't restore it.
How do I turn the sound off?
Open Settings and switch off Sounds. Your choice is remembered.
How do I put it on my home screen?
On iPhone or iPad, open the game in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome, tap the ⋮ menu, then Add to Home screen. It then opens full screen with its own icon, like an app.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Open the game once while you're online, and it saves itself on your device. After that it plays anywhere, like in the car or on a plane. When you're back online it picks up any updates on its own the next time you open it.
