Privacy policy

Last updated October 28, 2026

The short version: I don't collect personal information. There are no ads, no analytics, no accounts and no cookies. Games save your progress on your own device, and it never leaves it.

This policy covers jameskincaid.com and the games and apps I make, on the web and in app stores. Each project has its own section below with anything specific to it.

What I collect

Nothing that identifies you. My games and pages don't ask for your name, email, age or location, and they don't use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or cookies.

What stays on your device

Games remember your progress and settings, such as levels solved, unlocked items and whether sound is on. This is saved in your browser's storage, or in the app's storage on your phone or tablet. I can't see it. You can erase it at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser, or by deleting the app.

Children's privacy

Many of my games are made with children in mind. I don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. My games have no chat, no sign-ups and no ads. If you think a child has sent me personal information, for example in a support message, contact me and I'll delete it.

Services I rely on

Projects

Cute Cat Sudoku

Cute Cat Sudoku collects no personal information. Your progress, cat collection, settings and any half-finished puzzle are saved on your device only. Sounds are generated by the game itself.

The game's lettering is stored with the game, so it doesn't contact any font service. To work offline, your browser keeps a copy of the game's own files on your device. That copy holds no information about you, and clearing the browser's site data removes it.

Changes to this policy

If a project starts handling information differently, I'll update this page before the change, and change the date at the top.
